Integrative Bodywork Session

A slow, all-levels small group class with guided meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga, sound healing, and optional hands-on support to help you unwind and reset.

Gentle Reset Yoga Class

A personalized yoga session tailored to your needs and intentions. Through gentle movement, specific postures, breathwork, and mindfulness, we create space to support your body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Private Yoga Class

A personalized sound experience using singing bowls and gentle instruments to support deep relaxation and grounding. Sound is used intentionally to help calm the nervous system and create space for rest, integration, and inner balance.

A women’s morning mini-retreat

Join us for a nourishing and intentional morning designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect to your heart.

From 9:00–12:00pm, we will gather in a supportive circle for a gentle yet powerful journey including a cacao ceremony, guided meditation, somatic breathwork, yin yoga, and a restorative sound bath.

This experience is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to your center, to breathe deeply, move slowly, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

All levels are welcome. No prior experience is needed.
