Sukha Space - Bouctouche Location

A gentle, restorative one-on-one bodywork session designed to support relaxation. 

Sessions may incorporate elements such as gentle body-based techniques, breath awareness and sound healing instruments to support the body's natural ability to unwind.

Services are offered within a wellness and naturotherapy framework and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Integrative Bodywork

Naturotherapy is defined as “alternative medicine which excludes the use of any
pharmaceutical product and bases its care on the exclusive use of natural resources
(fasting, herbal medicine, dietetics, massage, lifestyle, sun, clean air, etc.).”

Naturotherapy/Naturopathy

A slow, all-levels small group class with guided meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga, sound healing, and optional hands-on support to help you unwind and reset.

Gentle Reset Yoga Class

A complete restful sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums to help the body and mind settle into a deep restful state. Session includes a guided meditation and supportive touch.

Drift into Rest Sound Bath

A personalized 1-1 yoga session tailored to your needs and intentions. Through gentle movement, specific postures, breathwork, and mindfulness, we create space to support your body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Private Yoga Class

A personalized sound experience using singing bowls and gentle instruments to support deep relaxation and grounding. Sound is used intentionally to help calm the nervous system and create space for rest, integration, and inner balance.

Private Sound Bath

A slow, nourishing practice that integrates together gentle yoga, conscious breathing, meditation, and sound healing. 
A space to settle in, release tension, and rest deeply.
